Each subscription allows one simultaneous stream. You can install the app on as many devices as you like, but only one device can stream at a time. Need multiple streams? Contact us for a multi-connection package.
Compatibility depends on the TV's operating system version. Most Samsung TVs from 2016 onwards and LG TVs from 2017 onwards are supported. If your TV is older, you can add a Firestick or Android TV box for an affordable upgrade.

Troubleshooting

Buffering is usually caused by a slow internet connection. We recommend: at least 10 Mbps for HD, and 25+ Mbps for 4K streams. Try: (1) connecting via Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi, (2) selecting a lower quality stream, (3) restarting your router. If buffering continues, contact our support team — we may need to switch you to a different server.
Occasionally a specific channel stream may be temporarily down for maintenance. Try refreshing the channel list in your app, or try a different stream if multiple are available. If the issue persists for more than 30 minutes, contact our support team and we'll resolve it immediately.
