Please read these terms carefully before purchasing a subscription from BOB IPTV Player. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Service
BOB IPTV Player provides IPTV subscription services that allow you to access live television channels and on-demand video content through compatible media player applications. The service requires a compatible device and a stable internet connection.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer three subscription plans:
- 6 Months: $59 — valid for 6 months from activation date
- 12 Months: $79 — valid for 12 months from activation date
- Lifetime (3 Years): $179 — valid for 3 years from activation date
All subscriptions are one-time payments. There is no automatic renewal. Your subscription simply expires at the end of the chosen period.
3. Activation
Upon payment confirmation, we will send your M3U link or Xtream Codes credentials to the email address you provide. You are responsible for entering these credentials correctly into your IPTV app. We are not responsible for activation failures caused by incorrect entry of credentials or incompatible device settings.
4. Acceptable Use
Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Share your credentials with others outside your immediate household.
- Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the service without our written consent.
- Use the service for commercial purposes, public screenings, or in any business setting.
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or circumvent any technical protection measures.
5. Free Trial
We may offer free trial access at our sole discretion. Trials are for evaluation purposes only, are non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time. One trial per customer.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of IPTV subscriptions, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a free trial specifically so you can test the service before paying. If you experience persistent technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours of being reported, please contact us to discuss a resolution.
7. Service Availability
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Channel availability may vary due to factors outside our control, including channel source outages, internet connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue channels with reasonable notice.
8. Prohibited Content
You must comply with all applicable laws when using the service. You agree not to use the service to access content in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available through the service is owned by its respective rights holders. Your subscription does not grant you any ownership rights over the content you access.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOB IPTV Player shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
